President Tinubu administers oaths to newly appointed RMAFC and NPC commissioners, then chairs a Federal Executive Council session

President Bola Tinubu is currently chairing a Federal Executive Council meeting at the State House in Abuja, marking the council's first gathering in more than two months.

The meeting was preceded by the swearing-in of two new Federal Commissioners of the Revenue Mobilisation, Allocation and Fiscal Commission, namely Amina Gamawa from Bauchi State and Abdullahi Mukhtar from Kaduna State, who took their oaths in the Council Chamber.

The ceremony took place before the commencement of the council meeting, with the newly appointed commissioners assuming their roles.

According to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, George Akume, the meeting's agenda also features the swearing-in of newly appointed Federal Commissioners of the National Population Commission.

Vice President Kashim Shettima, along with various cabinet ministers and other high-ranking government officials, are attending the meeting.
