Nigerian fashion influencer and content creator Diana Eneje has announced her engagement to Lagos-based businessman Pascal Godwin.

Eneje shared photos from the proposal in a series of posts on her Instagram page on Friday, captioning them, “my forever.”

The photos showed the couple at an outdoor venue decorated for the occasion, with a large illuminated “WILL YOU MARRY ME” display serving as the backdrop.

The setting was further adorned with white flowers and tall glass candles, while colourful smoke effects lit up the sky as the proposal unfolded.

Another inscription on the platform where the couple stood read, “Forever starts here!”

Eneje, 24, rose to prominence as a teenage model before gaining wider recognition after starring in Nigerian singer Rema’s 2019 hit music video, Dumebi.

She has since built a career as a fashion and lifestyle creator, sharing content on fashion, beauty, travel and other aspects of her lifestyle.

The influencer has also worked with several Nigerian and international brands and founded her beauty brand, The Shine Cartel, in 2019.
