Ologere Of Ogere Remo Commisioned Newly Built FRSC Office Complex To Mark His Third Year Coronation Anniversary

As part of activities marking his third coronation anniversary on the 25th April, 2026, His Royal Highness, Oba James Obafemi Saliu, Kankanbina III, the Ologere of Ogere – Remo, donated and formally handed over a newly constructed office complex to the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), reaffirming his sustained commitment to road safety and community development.

At the commissioning ceremony, the Monarch emphasized Ogere – Remo’s strategic location along the Lagos–Ibadan expressway and the corresponding risks posed by heavy vehicular traffic. He described the donation as a proactive intervention aimed at strengthening the capacity of the FRSC to prevent accidents, save lives, and improve emergency response along the corridor.

The Monarch noted that the gesture is part of a broader, consistent track record of support for security and public safety institutions. Over the years, he has donated buildings and other critical resources to the Nigeria Police Force and other Security agencies, reflecting a deep commitment to safeguarding lives and property within and beyond Ogere Remo.

HRH, Oba James Obafemi Saliu expressed appreciation to the Ogun State Government under the leadership of His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR, as well as the leadership of the FRSC, Community stakeholders, and development partners for their continued support.
