NOTICE OF MASS PROTEST AND DEMAND FOR ACCOUNTABILITYrnFINAL CALL FOR URGENT ENGAGEMENT WITH THE MANAGING DIRECTOR AND BOARD OF THE NIGER DELTA DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (NDDC)rnrnWe, the Leadership of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Third Phase Ex-Agitators, under the leadership of our National Chairman, General Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh, issue this notice with grave concern and total dissatisfaction over the continued neglect and marginalization of our members.rnrnThe NDDC was established to serve the collective interests of the Niger Delta people—not to benefit a selected few. It is deeply unacceptable that we, who have played a critical role in sustaining peace and stability in the region, have been ignored, sidelined, and denied access to empowerment, skills acquisition, and educational opportunities.rnrnWe can no longer tolerate a system widely perceived to be driven by favoritism, where contracts and opportunities are concentrated among associates, relatives, and loyalists, while qualified and deserving stakeholders are excluded. This pattern of exclusion is unjust, unacceptable, and a direct betrayal of the Commission’s mandate.rnrnTHIS MUST STOP IMMEDIATELY.rnrnFor too long, we have exercised patience. For too long, we have been taken for granted. For too long, we have been used and abandoned.rnrn WE OUTLINE OUR DEMANDS AS FOLLOWS:rnrn1.
