Norrenberger facilitates N608 billion in trade on the capital market

Norrenberger Advisory Partners Limited, a subsidiary of the Norrenberger Group, disclosed that it facilitated capital market transactions valued at N608.93bn during the first half of 2026, underscoring its role as a key player in Nigeria's financial services industry.
nThe firm's statement, released on Tuesday, revealed that it advised on, structured, and participated in 20 debt and equity capital market transactions between January and June 2026, totaling N608.93bn in value.
nBreaking down the transactions, Norrenberger Advisory Partners Limited noted that 18 debt capital market deals accounted for N540.76bn, while two equity transactions were valued at N68.17bn, highlighting the diversity of its advisory services.
nThe statement further explained that the transactions spanned multiple sectors, including energy and gas infrastructure, oil and gas services, manufacturing, and financial services, among others, demonstrating the firm's broad expertise.
nSeveral transactions advised by Norrenberger Advisory Partners Limited recorded significant investor demand, with multiple issuances exceeding their target subscriptions, including Coleman Technical Industries Limited's commercial paper, which achieved a 276 per cent subscription.
nOther notable transactions included Sycamore Integrated Solutions Limited at 225 per cent, NGN Gram Limited at 200 per cent, VFD Group Plc at 181 per cent, and Payaza Africa Limited's non-interest commercial paper at 166 per cent, all of which demonstrated strong investor appetite.
nAdditional transactions that saw substantial investor interest included GLNG Funding SPV Plc Series 4 at 147 per cent, SG Holdings Limited and Homeport Limited each at 133 per cent, JohnVents Industries Limited at 125 per cent, and Sunbeth Global Concept Limited at 113 per cent.
nThe firm's statement attributed the strong investor demand to the quality of the issuers and the structuring of the transactions, noting that multiple issuances were oversubscribed during the period.
nNorrenberger Advisory Partners Limited also highlighted its role as Lead Issuing House on the N50.67bn rights issue of VFD Group Plc, which achieved full subscription, demonstrating the firm's capabilities in transaction structuring and execution.
nThe statement described Oladipo Olakunle-Jinadu, the firm's Managing Director, as a seasoned investment banker with over a decade of experience in Nigeria's financial services industry, having advised on various transactions, including sovereign bond issuances and Shariah-compliant financing programmes.
nOlakunle-Jinadu's experience includes advising on the Federal Government's Sukuk Series IV to VI issuances and TajBank Limited's N10bn Mudarabah Sukuk, as well as holding investment banking positions at Chapel Hill Advisory Partners Limited and Greenwich Capital Limited.
