Nollywood Star Owolabi Ajasa Dispels Rumors of His Passing, Confirms He's Alive and in Good Health

Veteran Nollywood actor Owolabi Ajasa has moved to dispel widespread speculation about his passing, emphatically denying reports that he has died, which had been circulating on social media following the emergence of a purported obituary poster announcing his demise.

Ajasa took to his Instagram page on Friday to address the false claims, sharing a video in which he reassured his fans that he is very much alive and enjoying good health, stating "I'm still much alive in good health".

He also seized the opportunity to condemn those responsible for spreading the false report, issuing a stern warning to them, saying "To everyone posting my obituary around, I'm saying back to the sender to you and your family".

In a message directed at his fans, both within Nigeria and abroad, Ajasa reaffirmed his identity, saying "Good day everyone, my name still remains Owolabi Ajasa, your Nollywood police officer".

He further emphasized his well-being, declaring "I'm alive, hale and hearty, there's nothing wrong with me", in an effort to allay the concerns of his supporters.
