Mr Eazi and Temi reveal they sought medical opinions from nine physicians globally

Nigerian singer and entrepreneur Mr Eazi and his wife, actress Temi Otedola, have disclosed that they sought the expertise of nine doctors across various countries as they prepared for the birth of their first child.

This revelation was made during a recent episode of their podcast, which began trending on Tuesday, and featured the couple discussing their experiences with pregnancy and the lead-up to the arrival of their baby.

According to the couple, these multiple consultations were necessary due to their uncertainty about the country where their child would be born, prompting them to explore various options.

Mr Eazi explained in a viral video clip from the podcast that the reason behind consulting nine doctors was to have a range of options, given their uncertainty about the country of birth, with the singer himself having considered Japan as a potential location.

He even went as far as researching Japanese names for the baby, a suggestion that Temi jokingly dismissed, stating "he's also been looking at Japanese names and I'm like no, absolutely not".

The couple's pregnancy was announced in May, following their discovery of the pregnancy during their honeymoon in Asia, and they had gotten married in a private ceremony in Iceland in August 2025.
