Digital creator Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, known to her fans as Jarvis, has set the record straight regarding her decision to shave her head, stating it was solely for hairstyling purposes in preparation for her wedding to fellow TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, also known as Peller.

According to Jarvis, her hairstylist recommended the haircut to ensure a proper fit for her wig and hair extensions, allowing her to achieve the desired bridal look, thereby debunking claims that the act was part of a traditional marital rite.

Speculation had circulated online suggesting the haircut was connected to a cultural or tribal marriage ritual, prompting Jarvis to address the matter in a trending video on Monday, where she explained her reasoning behind the decision.

Jarvis emphasized that she shaved her hair to ensure her wedding hairstyle was "perfect," citing difficulties with her natural hairline when installing frontal wigs, which her hairstylist attributed to the texture of her hair.
