Kwankwaso holds talks with NDC chairman, brokers peace in Kano dispute

The party has agreed to move forward together, with Mairiga acknowledging Kwankwaso as the leader of the NDC in Kano State, he said.

He called on all members to work collectively for the growth of the party, adding that the resolution marked a new beginning for the NDC in Kano.

The development comes after days of tension within the Kano chapter of the party, sparked by Kwankwaso's defection to the NDC, which was accompanied by Peter Obi.
