Kaduna APC chairman pledges unity, backs Sani’s leadership

The newly elected Kaduna State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Isaac Atiku Sankey, has pledged to promote unity within the party and expressed support for Governor Uba Sani’s leadership.

Sankey made the pledge on Friday in an appreciation message following his emergence at the party’s recently concluded state congress in Kaduna.

“I begin by thanking God Almighty for the gift of life and for granting me the privilege to emerge as the state chairman of our great party at the recently concluded congress in Kaduna,” he said.

The new chairman commended Governor Sani’s administration, highlighting its inclusive governance style and people-centred policies as key factors in strengthening the party and attracting new members across the state.

He also expressed appreciation to Deputy Governor Hadiza Balarabe, party stakeholders, local government leaders, and members who supported him during the congress.

Sankey assured party members that his leadership would prioritise cooperation, unity, and inclusiveness, promising to work with all groups to “strengthen unity, deepen cooperation and build a strong platform for our collective success.”

“As state chairman, I am fully committed to working with all groups and individuals within our party to strengthen unity, deepen cooperation and build a strong platform for our collective success,” he added.

He further pledged that the APC would continue to support the policies and programmes of the Kaduna State Government while remaining focused on delivering progress and good governance.

The Kaduna APC recently conducted its state congress to elect new executives expected to steer the party and consolidate its political influence across the state.
