The Academy's dual launch in Lagos and Akwa Ibom marks the beginning of a comprehensive program focused on talent identification, athlete development, and creating pathways for Nigerian fighters to excel professionally and internationally.

Tunde Ajayi, founder of Stamina For Sale, believes Nigeria boasts an impressive wealth of boxing talent that requires proper development, and the Stamina High Performance Academy is designed to achieve this goal.

Ajayi stated, "The objective of Stamina High Performance Academy is to identify that talent, develop it properly and create a pathway for athletes with the ability and ambition to progress to the highest levels of the sport," highlighting the Academy's core mission.

With a reputation for developing high-performance fighters in the United Kingdom, Ajayi has worked with notable boxers including Anthony Yarde, Joel Kodua, Daniel Dubois, Adam Azim, Danny Williams, and Harry Simon, showcasing his expertise in the field.

Ajayi's success in transforming Anthony Yarde from an amateur novice to a world-level fighter, alongside his System9 approach to boxing training, demonstrates his capabilities in developing talented boxers.
