A ₦400 million mansion given to Peller is equivalent to a mere ₦400, says property tycoon

Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, also known as King Ochacho, has downplayed the significance of the ₦400m mansion he gifted to TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, alias Peller, and his wife Elizabeth Amadou, alias Jarvis, describing it as "small money".

This revelation was made by Ochacho during a TikTok livestream on Monday, just two days after the couple's wedding ceremony in Lagos.

Ochacho further emphasized that the gift was insignificant to him and his children, stating that "400 million is no money" and likening it to a mere "400 Naira" from his perspective as the head of Ochacho Real Estate.

He explained that his decision to gift the couple was motivated by Peller's good heart, saying "Peller has a very good heart" and that his generosity would be rewarded by God.

Ochacho also hinted at future gifts for Peller, stating that the mansion would be the "smallest gift ever" he would give to the TikTok star and that subsequent gifts would be even more substantial.

During the livestream, Ochacho announced plans to sponsor the education of selected students as part of the birthday celebration of his son, Ice King, who would be turning 13 in a few days.

According to Ochacho, students with genuine school accounts would have their fees paid directly to their schools, with the selection process taking place across the country on Ice King's birthday, Thursday.

Ochacho expressed his enthusiasm for the initiative, saying "We are fully ready, loaded to deliver" and "We are hungry to deliver".

At the wedding ceremony, Ochacho presented the gift, saying "On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja, congratulations Peller".

The announcement was met with applause from guests and quickly went viral on social media, with the wedding itself being attended by a host of celebrities, content creators, and other guests.

Notable attendees included actresses Iyabo Ojo and Eniola Badmus, social media influencer Nons Miraj, singer Zinoleesky, actress Papaya Ex, content creator Cute Abiola, socialite Soso Soberekon, influencer Purple Speedy, and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.

The gift was a fulfillment of a promise Ochacho had made to Peller months earlier, during the wedding of music executive Soso Soberekon, where he had pledged to provide financial support for the TikTok star's wedding.
