Esteban Andrada, the goalkeeper for Real Zaragoza, is likely to face an extended suspension for physically altercation with a Huesca player during a match in Spain's second division on Sunday, an incident that led to his ejection from the game.

A fracas erupted in stoppage time when Andrada, a 35-year-old Argentina international, shoved Jorge Pulido to the ground, prompting his dismissal, and then further lost his composure, charging at Pulido and instigating a melee on the field.

The fallout from the incident also saw the ejection of Huesca's Dani Jimenez and Zaragoza's Dani Tasende, as the home team managed to preserve a 1-0 victory.

Andrada, who is on loan from Mexico's Monterrey, may be suspended for up to 12 matches for throwing a punch, in addition to the mandatory one-match ban that accompanies his red card.
