Young party official warns APC state governors about alleged plan to oust Uzodimma from chairmanship position

Obiora, who is the Chairman of Southern Nigeria Ethnic Youth leaders and a former Ohanaeze Youth leader, emphasized that Uzodimma has made significant contributions to the party, and any issues should be resolved amicably, as he is a strong supporter of youths and has been instrumental in rallying support for President Bola Tinubu and the APC.

According to Obiora, Governor Uzodimma has been a leading voice for President Tinubu and the APC in the South East, and removing him as chairman would negatively impact the party's fortunes in the region, potentially being perceived as an ethnic action.

The attempt to remove Governor Uzodimma as chairman is seen as a "dangerous ethnic card" that could undermine President Tinubu's re-election efforts, given Uzodimma's tireless work on the project.
