nNotably, Tyla emerged victorious in the Best Afrobeats Artist category, outshining prominent African artists such as Burna Boy, Wizkid, Rema, and Moliy.
nAdditionally, she secured the fan-voted Social Song of the Year award for her chart-topping single "Chanel", making her the sole African artist to receive an award at the 52nd edition of the AMAs.
nWith four nominations, Tyla was the most nominated African act in AMA history, further solidifying her expanding global presence.
nHer hit single "Chanel", released in October 2025, achieved immense commercial success, dominating music charts and streaming platforms worldwide, including over 320 million streams on Spotify.
