Trump to nations affected by embargo: 'Procure your own oil in the Strait of Hormuz

US President Donald Trump made a bold statement on Tuesday, telling countries that are struggling with fuel shortages but have not joined the Middle East war to take matters into their own hands and obtain oil from the Strait of Hormuz.
nTrump expressed his sentiments in a post on Truth Social, where he urged these countries to muster up courage and claim the oil they need, emphasizing that the United States would not provide assistance.
nThe former president's message was clear: countries that had chosen not to get involved in the conflict should not expect help from the US, citing the lack of reciprocity and the fact that the difficult part of the situation had already been addressed.
nTrump drove his point home by stating that Iran had essentially been decimated, and now it was up to these countries to secure their own oil, reiterating that the US would no longer be there to provide support, with his exact words being “go get your own oil”.
