Tinubu praises Abiodun for raising the bar in Ogun state administration

President Bola Tinubu has extended his warmest felicitations to Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, on the occasion of his birthday and seventh anniversary in office, acknowledging the governor's significant contributions to elevating the standard of governance in the state.

According to President Tinubu, Governor Abiodun's achievements are closely aligned with the Renewed Hope Agenda of his administration, as outlined in a personal tribute he penned to commemorate the governor's special day, May 29.

The president specifically commended Governor Abiodun for his people-centred approach to governance, which has yielded notable successes in various sectors, including the implementation of the "Building Our Future Together" Agenda.

This agenda, built around five core development pillars - infrastructure, social well-being and welfare, education, youth empowerment and job creation, and agriculture - has been particularly noteworthy, with the president praising its positive impact on the state.

Notable achievements highlighted by President Tinubu include the transformation of Ogun State's infrastructure, such as the construction of a modern airport and the establishment of an airline, as well as the adoption of CNG and electric vehicles for transportation.
