Third Phase Amnesty Boss Celebrates Ogbuku at 50

The National Chairman of the Niger Delta Ex-agitators Forum (Third Phase) under the Presidential Amnesty Programme, General Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh, has joined countless well-wishers across the nation to felicitate with the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Chief Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, on the occasion of his golden jubilee celebration.

In his congratulatory message signed by the National publicity secretary of the group, Chief Inko Brightstar a.k.a Whoknows Tomorrow, General Slaboh described Dr. Ogbuku as a visionary leader, a bridge-builder, and a true son of the Niger Delta who has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the growth, development, and empowerment of the people of the region. He noted that clocking 50 years is not just a milestone but also a testimony of God’s grace, divine favor, and a life dedicated to service and humanity.

General Slaboh further extolled Dr. Ogbuku’s sterling leadership qualities and the transformative strides he has made since assuming office as the MD/CEO of the NDDC, emphasizing that his golden age comes at a time when the Commission is undergoing remarkable reforms aimed at repositioning it to fulfill its mandate.
