In a landmark decision during today’s plenary session, the Nigerian Senate has officially confirmed Ms. Usoro Akpabio as the Managing Director of the South South Development Commission (SSDC). Her confirmation, along with that of the Chairman, Rt. Hon. Chibudom Nwuche, and other key board members, followed the presentation and adoption of the committee report on the SSDC.
