S’East APC set for zonal congress at Enugu Hotel Presidential

The All Progressives Congress (APC) South East zone is set to hold its zonal congress at the Multipurpose Hall of Hotel Presidential, Enugu, on Wednesday.

This follows the party’s 2026 Schedule of Activities and Timetable of Nationwide Congresses and Related Activities, previously released by the national leadership, which did not specify venues.

In a letter to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) titled “Notices of Conduct of Zonal Congresses”, jointly signed by APC National Chairman Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda and National Secretary Senator Surajudeen Bashiru, the party confirmed the Enugu venue for the South East zonal congress.

Other zonal congress venues named include:

Mobolaji Johnson Arena (Onikan Stadium), Lagos – South West zone
Dome Event Centre, Asaba, Delta – South South zone
Yar’Adua Multipurpose Conference Centre, Murtala Muhammed Square, Kaduna – North West zone
International Conference Centre, Gombe – North East zone

Aliyu Akwe Doma Conference Hall, Government House, Lafia, Nasarawa – North Central zone

All congresses are scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. local time.
