Cancellation of Proposed Football Tournament Between the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Third Phase

The general public is hereby notified that the earlier scheduled football match between the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and the leadership of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Third Phase has been officially cancelled.

This decision follows concerns regarding the reliability and commitment of the NCDMB management, particularly in matters related to youth empowerment initiatives within the Niger Delta region. In view of these concerns, the PAP Third Phase leadership wishes to state clearly that we will no longer participate in the proposed tournament.

The match, initially fixed for Thursday, 4th December, will therefore no longer hold.

We sincerely apologize to the general public, our supporters, and football enthusiasts for any inconvenience this cancellation may cause. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
