On Saturday, Portugal and Belgium emerged victorious in front of their home crowds, bolstering their momentum ahead of their upcoming World Cup endeavors, with Portugal defeating Chile 2–1 in Oeiras, near Lisbon, and Belgium thrashing Tunisia 5-0 in Brussels.

Although Chile will not be participating in the World Cup, the match against Portugal proved to be a closely contested affair, with Portugal ultimately claiming a 2–1 win.

Belgium's 5-0 victory over Tunisia was marked by a dominant performance, with the team's superiority evident throughout the match, as they cruised to a decisive win over their fellow World Cup qualifiers.

Despite being classified as friendly matches, both games were marred by red cards, adding an extra layer of intensity to the already competitive encounters.
