PHASE 1, PHASE 2, AND PHASE 3 LEADERSHIP STORM MBIAMA AXIS OF EAST-WEST ROAD TO STOP PLANNED PROTEST AGAINST PRESIDENTIAL AMNESTY OFFICErnrnToday, June 12, 2026, the leadership of Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 of the Presidential Amnesty Programme converged at the Mbiama Axis of the East-West Road to stop the planned protest against the Presidential Amnesty Office and the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, High Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro.rnrnThe decision to avert the protest was taken in view of the rising security concerns and growing tension across the Niger Delta region.
