Osun Governor Adeleke Makes Case for Re-election

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has asserted that his accomplishments during his initial term justify a second term in office, citing the progress made as a strong foundation for re-election.
nDuring a meeting with the Ansar-u-Deen Society of Nigeria, Osun State Council, at the Government House Banquet Hall on Wednesday, Governor Adeleke emphasized the achievements of his administration as a key reason for seeking another term.
nHe outlined an upgraded five-point agenda, which prioritizes the welfare and empowerment of integrated youth, women, and workers, as well as infrastructure consolidation for the social and economic wellbeing of citizens.
nAdditional focuses of the agenda include agro-industrial expansion for human development and collective prosperity, affordable access to quality health and education, and the creation of a secure business environment to foster job creation.
nAccording to Governor Adeleke, these priorities build upon the original 2022 agenda, which has been faithfully implemented, and he believes that his administration has fulfilled its electoral promises to the people of Osun.
nThe Ansar-u-Deen Society, led by Council Secretary Pharmacist Akande Hafiz, praised Governor Adeleke for his infrastructure projects in Iwo, particularly the dualisation of Odo-Ori-Adeeke Road, which has had a positive impact on the socio-economic life of the area.
nThe society also requested the governor's support for the construction of a new mosque, as their previous place of worship was demolished due to construction activities.
