One hundred fifteen Glo sales representatives receive monetary and gift incentives

Globacom, a leading telecoms and digital solutions provider, has attributed its thriving business empires to a genuine appreciation of its dedicated customers, a fact that was evident at its recent 2026 Glo Partners’ Reward Gala, where it showered cash and gift items worth millions of Naira on about 115 strategic partners.
nThese partners, considered the pillars of the company's growth, were celebrated at the event held at Eko Hotels in Lagos, which was attended by partners from across the country, as well as millions of Globacom subscribers, brand ambassadors, and top media practitioners.
nThe ceremony was organised to express gratitude to the company's strategic trade and business partners for their loyalty, dedication, and exceptional contributions to the growth of the Glo brand, and to encourage stronger collaboration and greater achievements in the years ahead.
nAt the event, 115 outstanding dealers who distinguished themselves between January and June 2026 received cash rewards worth millions of naira alongside several other prizes in recognition of their remarkable performance.
nAccording to Globacom’s Cluster Head, Lagos 2, AbdulRasaq Ande, the gathering was a celebration of shared purpose and the enduring partnership that has driven innovation and business success, with partners being the bedrock of the Globacom ecosystem.
nAnde noted that the company has enjoyed 23 years of technological innovation and service excellence since commencing operations on August 29, 2003, and assured partners that Globacom would continue investing heavily in next-generation technologies, expanding its infrastructure and strengthening its network.
nThe company also unveiled its latest customer-focused initiatives, including the More Data More Value proposition, designed to ensure that every naira spent by customers delivers greater digital value, further reinforcing Globacom’s reputation for affordability and customer empowerment.
nPartners were updated on the company’s technical and marketing milestones over the past year, as well as new innovations introduced to enhance customer experience, including Gloria, the AI-powered Glo Café voice assistant, which provides customer support in six languages.
nGlobacom equally highlighted the expansion of its Borrow Me Credit service, ensuring subscribers remain connected even when they have insufficient airtime, and the upgrade of the Glo Café platform to provide subscribers with richer and more seamless online experiences.
nThe evening offered guests an atmosphere of elegance and entertainment, with one of the most anticipated moments being the “Rep Your Region” Best Dressed Competition, where participants showcased colourful traditional attires from different parts of the country.
nAlamin Muhammed Suleiman of Benjee Communication and Anthonia Agbasi of Chicadef Global Limited emerged winners in the male and female categories, respectively, receiving 500,000 each, while entertainment was provided by renowned Nigerian singer and live band performer, Segun Johnson.
nPopular comedian Gordons kept guests laughing as master of ceremonies, with support from television personality and brand influencer, Moet Abebe, adding to the excitement of the evening.
nManaging Director of Demmy Global Resources, Mr. Ademola Akinlabi and Alhaji Yusuf Yahaya of Lambadaya Stores commended Globacom for consistently recognising excellence among its partners, praising the company for rewarding dealers across several categories with cars, millions of naira in cash, and other incentives.
nThe event, which continued into the early hours of Friday, once again underscored Globacom’s unwavering commitment to rewarding excellence, strengthening partnerships, and working closely with its dealers to deliver superior products and services to customers across Nigeria.
