National Publicity Secretary of PAP Phase 3 Condemned Continuous Attack On Dr.Dennis Otuaro

Office of the National Publicity Secretary, Presidential Amnesty Programme (Third Phase) condemned attacks on amnesty Boss.

ATTACKS ON DR. DENNIS OTUARO: A FACELESS, COWARDLY ACT OF DESPERATION.

The attention of the leadership of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Third Phase, has been drawn to a baseless and malicious publication making the rounds on social media, alleging that the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has paid our respected leaders, Elaye Slaboh and Salvation Ibena Rufus, to engage in nefarious activities against his perceived opponents.

This publication, which also falsely claims the arrest of Mr. Owoupele Eneoriekumoh, popularly known as Owous Gabon, is a complete fabrication, orchestrated by a faceless individual or group whose sole aim is to sow discord and tarnish the hard-earned reputation of Dr. Otuaro and other notable leaders in the Niger Delta.

I, Chief Inko Brightstar (WhoKnows Tomorrow), the National Publicity Secretary of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (Third Phase), wish to state unequivocally and for the records that these claims are not only false but are the amateurish machinations of enemies of progress who are threatened by the transformative leadership of Dr. Dennis Otuaro.

Dr. Dennis Otuaro is a man of impeccable integrity, a visionary leader who has dedicated his life to the peace, stability, and development of the Niger Delta. The notion that he would stoop so low as to contemplate, let alone commission, violence against his fellow Ijaw brothers is ludicrous and an insult to the collective intelligence of our people. His focus since assuming office has been on repositioning the Presidential Amnesty Programme to deliver on its core mandate of reintegrating ex-agitators and fostering a sustainable peace in our region.

Furthermore, the character assassination of Mr. Elaye Slaboh is a disservice to a man of his standing. Mr. Slaboh is a learned and respected leader within the Third Phase of the Presidential Amnesty Programme. I have had the privilege of working closely with him for many years, and I can attest to his unwavering commitment to the struggle for a better Niger Delta. He is a principled fighter who cannot be swayed by pecuniary gains or be used as a pawn in anyone's political chess game. His resolve against evil influence, no matter the price, is well-documented and widely acknowledged.

It is on public record that key figures like Salvation Ibena Rufus have been vocal in their support for Dr. Otuaro’s administration, commending his transparent and inclusive leadership style. This directly contradicts the laughable assertion that he is being paid to work against Dr. Otuaro's interests.

The claim regarding the arrest of Owoupele Eneoriekumoh is a desperate attempt to create a semblance of truth in a web of lies. We can confirm that there is no such arrest and this is merely a figment of the imagination of these faceless propagandists.

We are aware that in the political landscape of the Niger Delta, there will always be dissenting voices. However, we urge those who may have grievances to channel them through legitimate and constructive means, rather than resorting to cowardly, anonymous attacks that only serve to heat the polity and undermine the peace we have all worked so hard to achieve.

The public is hereby advised to disregard this malicious publication in its entirety. It is a product of a diseased mind, aimed at distracting the focused leadership of the Presidential Amnesty Programme. We stand in solidarity with Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Elaye Slaboh, and Salvation Ibena Rufus, and we will not be deterred by the baseless allegations of faceless cowards.

The leadership of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Third Phase, remains resolute in its support for Dr. Dennis Otuaro as he continues to steer the affairs of the PAP towards greater heights.
