Iran's health ministry reports 14 fatalities resulting from 48 hours of American military action

In a related development, two days of US strikes against Iran resulted in significant casualties, with 14 people killed and 78 injured, according to Tehran's health ministry, which released the figures on Thursday.

Hossein Kermanpour, the head of public relations at the health ministry, provided an update on the injured, stating that 47 were still hospitalised, while the rest had been discharged after receiving medical care, in a post on X.
