International flights from Uyo set to boost employment and attract investors, says Keyamo

Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Mr Festus Keyamo, believes that the launch of international operations from the Victor Attah International Airport, Uyo, will have a profound impact on Nigeria, bolstering tourism, trade, and investment in the state and beyond.

Keyamo's Special Adviser on Media and Communications, Tunde Moshood, revealed that the minister participated in the historic inaugural international flight from the Victor Attah International Airport, Uyo, to Kotoka International Airport, Accra, Ghana, alongside Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State.

The commencement of operations at the Victor Attah International Airport has positioned Akwa Ibom State as a burgeoning hub for regional and global air connectivity, as noted in a statement.
