INEC,ADC mum as reps candidate maintains valid primaries stand

Crisis is still rocking Kebbi ADC over its refusal to maintain status quo on the valid and legal party primaries which produced Sadiq Sa,adu Fakai as reps candidate of Sakaba,Danko/ Wasagu,Zuru and Fakai federal constituency.

According to him, independent National electoral commission and the African democratic Congress in Kebbi state are complicit in the saga if they allow illegal replacement and will amount to contempt of court since the case is before court of jurisdiction.

He stated that prior to the forgery of his signature and fake affidavit for the purported replacement he has raised the alarm in writing through his legal counsel which was served to INEC and ADC respectively.

” The silence of INEC and ADC means they have approved illegality which we will not allow to stand,as loyal party members we will sustain pressure on both of them and pursue it legally to it’s logical conclusions” he said.

He expressed dismay over the inability of Kebbi state ADC leadership to resolve the problem but instead allow it to escalate.

The reps candidate warned that forceful replacement will joarpadise the chances of the opposition ADC already gaining traction in the country as general elections closes in.

While urging his followers to remain calm and law abiding,he said no replacement will stand in the case of his constituency in Kebbi state.
