Images: Sokoto's Sultan pays visit to Tinubu
The Sultan of Sokoto, Muhammadu Sa’adu Abubakar III, on Sunday paid a visit to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the State House Abuja.
nThe visit was disclosed by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, in a post on his X handle on Sunday.
nAccording to Onanuga, the Sultan, who is also the President-General of the Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, met with the president at the State House in Abuja on March 15.
nDetails of the meeting were not immediately disclosed as of the time of filing this report.
