The Bayelsa State pioneer Publicity Secretary of the Niger Delta Ex-Agitators Forum (Third Phase) under the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief Gen. Inko Brightstar, popularly known as Whoknows Tomorrow, has raised alarm to the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro (PhD), over the growing trend of beneficiaries impersonating camp leaders.
Chief Whoknows Tomorrow, who also serves as the pioneer National Publicity Secretary of Phase 3 leaders, made the call following several reports concerning one Wilberforce Biboye, popularly known as Momos—a registered beneficiary under General Pillow Camp. According to him, Momos has been parading himself as a camp leader, an act of gross misrepresentation.
> “To set the record straight, Mr. Wilberforce Biboye, a.k.a. Momos, is a beneficiary under General Pillow Camp, which is headed by Chief Oyinkuro Ereboh from Amassoma, Bayelsa State. He is not a camp leader and should stop impersonating as one,” he stated.
Chief Whoknows Tomorrow stressed that he is not against anyone from the Niger Delta benefiting from the programme, but condemned the act of impersonation and urged Momos to show gratitude to General Pillow, who gave him the privilege to be part of the Amnesty Programme, rather than attempting to claim leadership that does not belong to him.
He further appealed to the Amnesty Office to urgently conduct a comprehensive leadership verification exercise to identify and authenticate the real camp leaders across all phases, especially the Third Phase.
> “Most of the so-called delegates, especially in the Third Phase, claiming to be camp leaders are fake. It is time for the Amnesty Office to sanitize the system. Even people who entered the programme through NDDC or IYC agitations are now parading as camp leaders. This nonsense must stop,” he emphasized.
Concluding, Chief Whoknows Tomorrow challenged Wilberforce Biboye (Momos) to publicly present the name of his camp and the official Disarmament Report issued by the JTF Sector 2, Otiotio Road, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, if he wishes to prove that the impersonation allegations are false.
