General Elaye Slaboh Celebrates Chief Edgar Daniel on His Birthday

The National Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Phase III, General Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh, on behalf of the entire leadership and beneficiaries of Phase III, heartily felicitates with the Technical Advisor to the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief Edgar Daniel Biu, on the joyous occasion of his birthday.
