General Elaye Slaboh Applauds NCDMB Training Beneficiaries for Outstanding Conduct, Calls for Continued Partnership in Youth Empowerment

The National Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP Phase 3), General Elaye Slaboh Dollar, has lauded the conduct and discipline displayed by beneficiaries of the recently concluded 5-day Youth Empowerment Training on High-Selling Self-Reliance Skills, organized by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB).rnrnThe empowerment programme, aimed at equipping Niger Delta youths with practical, income-generating skills for self-reliance and sustainable livelihood, saw the participation of several delegates from the Phase 3 category of the Amnesty Programme. You truly made me proud.”rnrnHe went on to contrast the experience with past incidents:rnrn“In the past, we often encountered complaints of misconduct, violence, and indiscipline whenever our people were sent for similar training programmes. But this time, you all changed the narrative. You represented the Niger Delta, the Amnesty Programme, and Phase 3 with honor. You have proven to the world that transformation is possible when the right environment, training, and mindset are combined.”rnrnThe General further extended his sincere appreciation to the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) for their commitment to youth empowerment and national development. He acknowledged their consistency in supporting initiatives that build capacity, reduce dependency, and create opportunities for sustainable livelihoods among Niger Delta youths.rnrn“I commend the leadership and team of NCDMB for continuously creating platforms like this to train, empower, and uplift our youths.
