The National Publicity Secretary of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Third Phase, Chief Inko Brightstar, popularly known as Gen WhoKnows Tomorrow, has extolled the visionary and people-centric leadership of the PAP Administrator, High Chief (Dr.) Dennis Otuaro. In his dual capacity as the Coordinator of the Dr. Dennis Otuaro Volunteer Media Team, Chief Brightstar hailed the recent strides under the programme as a clear testament to a renewed and purpose-driven agenda for ex-agitators and the entire Niger Delta region.
Speaking on the heels of a recently concluded leadership training, Chief Brightstar expressed profound gratitude to Dr. Otuaro for orchestrating what he described as a "paradigm-shifting experience" for the delegates.
"The strategic leadership, alternative dispute resolution, and mediation training, held in partnership with the esteemed Nigerian Army Resource Centre, was not merely a workshop; it was an investment in the human capital of the Niger Delta," Chief Brightstar stated. "Dr. Otuaro has fortified us with advanced skills that are instrumental for championing peace, fostering dialogue, and driving sustainable development in our communities. We left Abuja not just as participants, but as empowered ambassadors of peace."
Chief Brightstar emphasized that Dr. Otuaro's achievements extend far beyond a single training programme. He highlighted the Administrator's holistic approach, which signals a new era of inclusivity and tangible progress for PAP beneficiaries.
"We are witnessing a comprehensive revitalization of the Amnesty Programme. The consistent and timely disbursement of monthly stipends has restored dignity and stability. The scholarship scheme is not just sustained but strengthened, creating a new generation of intellectuals and professionals. Furthermore, the bold initiative to train, mentor, and employ pilots from our region is a testament to Dr. Otuaro's commitment to breaking barriers and creating high-value opportunities."
He particularly lauded the deliberate inclusion of women in the programme's initiatives. "Dr. Otuaro’s decision to strategically involve our mothers and sisters, who are often the deepest-impacted by conflict, is a masterstroke of inclusive leadership. It demonstrates a profound understanding that true peace is built on the foundation of equity and communal participation."
On behalf of the Third Phase leadership and the volunteer media team, Gen WhoKnows Tomorrow pledged unwavering support for the PAP Administrator, issuing a stern warning to detractors.
"Let this message be unequivocally clear: our loyalty to Dr. Dennis Otuaro is unshakable. He has demonstrated, through action and not just words, that his heart is with the people. The era of baseless criticism and sponsored distractions is over. We, the genuine stakeholders and beneficiaries, are solidly behind him. The futile antics of naysayers will be drowned by the overwhelming evidence of his good works."
He concluded by extending deep appreciation to the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu. "President Tinubu's astute judgment in appointing a man of Dr. Otuaro's calibre and grassroots understanding is a clear reflection of the Renewed Hope Agenda's commitment to the Niger Delta. It is an appointment that has brought renewed hope and tangible relief."
Chief Brightstar called on all delegates and stakeholders across the Niger Delta to exercise patience and rally unprecedented support for Dr. Otuaro, urging them to collectively focus on building a legacy of peace, progress, and prosperity.
