Fuoye praises Oborevwori for upgrading key infrastructure on Torugbene-Ojobo Road in Delta State

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has received praise from High Chief Thompson Robert Fuoye, a chieftain and House of Representatives aspirant for Burutu Federal Constituency, for approving the construction of the 9.463-kilometre Torugbene–Ojobo section of the Bomadi–Tuomo–Tamigbe–Torugbene–Ojobo road.

This approval is part of the governor's efforts to improve infrastructure in riverine areas, and also includes the construction of 3.75 kilometres of internal roads in the coastal Ogulagha community, among other projects.

Speaking on Monday, Fuoye commended the governor's commitment to grassroots development and inclusive governance across Delta State, citing the "Renewed Hope for MORE Agenda" as a key driver of these efforts.

The Torugbene–Ojobo road project has been well-received by residents, who anticipate that it will enhance connectivity, ease transportation challenges, and stimulate economic activities in the area.

Fuoye noted that the governor's actions demonstrate a strong resolve to fulfil campaign promises and deliver the dividends of democracy to all parts of the state, with the Torugbene–Ojobo road and internal roads in Ogulagha being notable examples.

Fuoye expressed his commendation for the governor, stating that the approval of these projects has brought renewed hope to the people and underscores his dedication to the welfare and development of Deltans.

The people of Burutu Federal Constituency will continue to support the governor, according to Fuoye, who noted that the administration's people-oriented policies have inspired confidence in a brighter future for the state.
