Footage emerges of Doris Ogala claiming she was mistreated by law enforcement, pointing finger at Chris Okafor

Nigerian actress Doris Ogala has spoken out about what she claims are repeated attempts to intimidate and arrest her, pointing to Chris Okafor, the founder of the Mountain of Liberty and Miracle Ministry, as the mastermind behind the latest incident.

In a video posted on social media, Ogala expressed her distress as she revealed that police officers had suddenly appeared at her home and demanded to take her into custody, leaving her shaken and confused.

According to Ogala, the officers identified themselves as being from a Lagos division, and she claimed that Chris Okafor was behind their actions, stating that he has taken her to multiple courts and police stations, including ones in zone 2 and Abuja zone 7.

Ogala alleged that Okafor's actions were a form of harassment, and she warned that if anything happened to her, Chris Okafor should be held responsible, as she claimed he was the one sending the police to her house.

The current situation is the latest development in the long-running and highly publicized dispute between Ogala and Okafor, which started last year after a video announced his engagement, prompting Ogala to claim that she had been in a romantic relationship with Okafor since 2017.

Ogala had previously alleged that she ended her marriage at Okafor's insistence and that he had made promises of marriage to her before allegedly abandoning her, leading to a bitter and public feud between the two.

The dispute escalated when Ogala issued an ultimatum, demanding that Okafor either marry her or pay financial compensation, and she later made a claim of N1 billion for alleged breach of promise, also making serious allegations linking him to the poisoning and death of her brother.

Despite the accusations, Okafor proceeded to marry Pearl Okafor in both traditional and white wedding ceremonies, and his responses to Ogala's claims have been varied, initially dismissing her reaction as "the devil's anger" over his marital happiness.

Okafor later made a public apology, kneeling to acknowledge aspects of their past relationship, but he subsequently withdrew the apology weeks later, adding another layer to the complex and contentious dispute between the two.
