This development comes as ASP Usman faces fresh allegations over the fatal shooting of OG Millan in Delta State, with a video of the emotional encounter between the musician's mother and Harrison Gwamnishu, former Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor, surfacing on Facebook.

During the condolence visit, the victim's mother broke down in tears as she recounted her ordeal, revealing that her current pain is not new, as Oghenemine was her second son to be killed in circumstances involving police officers.

According to police authorities, ASP Usman was taken into custody after the musician was shot during an operation by operatives attached to the Area Command, Effurun, which was based on intelligence about a suspect allegedly in possession of a firearm.
