Crude oil costs fall to $94.61 amid hopeful signs in US-Iran relations

Oil prices suffered a sharp downturn on Wednesday, fueled by renewed optimism about the potential for breakthroughs in negotiations between the US and Iran, which are focused on bringing an end to the conflict in the Middle East.
nThe cost of Brent North Sea crude, a widely recognized global standard, dropped by five percent to settle at $94.61 per barrel, and the primary US contract, known as WTI, experienced a decline of 5.9 percent to $88.31 a barrel.
