Commander Ebi Pinapinawei Congratulates General Elaye Slaboh on His Victory

Niger Delta ex-agitator and philanthropist, Chief Ebi Pinapinawei, popularly known as Commander Biggy, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to General Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh, the National Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Third Phase, on his re-election to pilot the affairs of the body for a second term.

General Elaye Slaboh, whose tenure was initially set to expire on September 16th, 2025, received a unanimous vote of confidence during a congress held at Latik Hotel in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. The congress was well attended by over 500 camp leaders and key stakeholders of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, reaffirming their trust in his leadership.

In his congratulatory message, Commander Biggy described General Elaye as a compassionate and accessible leader dedicated to the welfare of the Niger Delta people.
