This lady called PHYNA is a perfect example of why many people no longer go out of their way to help others today. When you encounter people who are ungrateful, entitled, and manipulative, it kills every genuine intention of kindness. Instead of appreciating the little or much that comes their way, they twist it, abuse it, and still find a way to play the victim when things go wrong.
In PHYNA’s case, she keeps ruining her own chances of getting genuine help. I’ve seen her type before—people who believe the world owes them everything while they contribute nothing in return. Trust me, they hardly ever end well in life. It may look like they are winning for a while, but the downfall always comes when their attitude finally catches up with them.
Her winning BBNaija is not an achievement worth celebrating because it only proves what many of us already know: that the show no longer produces anything meaningful for society. It is simply a platform that hands fame and money to people who often lack character, discipline, and gratitude. Instead of using that rare opportunity to build something tangible for herself and her family, what has PHYNA done? She has turned herself into a social media nuisance, living on pity parties and drama.
Now, rather than focusing on her sister’s health—which should naturally be her priority—she is busy chasing clout online, fishing for sympathy, and acting like the whole world is against her. Meanwhile, her so-called online warriors are wasting their energy dragging VDM as if that will change anything. Give it another week and those same people will move on to the next trend, leaving her in the same mess she created for herself.
This is the tragedy of people who are ungrateful and entitled: they bite the very hands that could feed them, they chase away real helpers with arrogance, and they burn every bridge of goodwill available to them. At the end of the day, they end up alone, abandoned, and full of regrets.
My prayer is simple: may we never waste our time, our resources, or our goodwill on ungrateful, entitled, and foolish people.
