Chief Gen. Inko Brightstar, popularly known as WhoKnows Tomorrow and the National Publicity Secretary of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (Phase 3), has strongly condemned the unprofessional conduct exhibited by some officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
He decried the shameful manner in which law enforcement officers, who are entrusted with upholding traffic regulations and protecting citizens, are instead found breaking the very laws they are meant to enforce.
“Look at what the FRSC officials are doing to this helpless bus driver after seizing his ignition key. This is not only unprofessional but also a direct abuse of power,” Chief Brightstar stated.
He further called on the FRSC leadership to take urgent disciplinary action against such misconduct, emphasizing that law enforcement agencies must lead by example, not by intimidation.
“This act must be condemned in its entirety. Please share this message until it reaches the FRSC Corps Marshal. Now, imagine the dangers if these same officers were carrying firearms. Such lawlessness must not be allowed to thrive in our society,” he added.
