Benue family seeks public help to find missing four-year-old girl

A family in Gboko, Benue State, has appealed to the public for information that could lead to the whereabouts of their four-year-old daughter, Yuadoo Shima Kange, who was reported missing from their residence.

According to the family, Yuadoo disappeared from their home at No. 12 Jooji Kyado Street, off J.S. Tarka Way, near NKST Manyam, Gboko East, while playing outside on the evening of June 8, 2026, after she was asked to retrieve her slippers.

The family said the child’s disappearance has caused significant emotional distress, with relatives continuing efforts to locate her.

Yuadoo is described as chocolate-complexioned and able to speak both Tiv and English. The family said she is familiar with the neighbourhood and may be able to identify her home if found within the area.
