Now, the month has come to an end, yet there is no visible progress or indication that this promise will be fulfilled.rnrnI humbly ask: should Bayelsans prepare to receive yet another promise regarding this same project?rnrnFor many of us, hope had already faded concerning this gas turbine. However, it was recently rekindled during your visit to Ayakoro Ogbia, the hometown of the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Chief Dr. Samuel Ogbuku. At that event, you confidently assured Bayelsans that the project would be ready before the end of March, and that the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, would be present to commission it.rnrnToday is the last day of March.
