APC Silga Ward 13 Financial Secretary Celebrates Dr. Samuel Ogbuku at 50

The Financial Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Southern Ijaw Local Government Area Ward 13, Chief Gen. Inko Brightstar, popularly known as WhoKnows Tomorrow, has joined the host of heaven and countless well-wishers in celebrating the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Chief Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, on the joyous occasion of his 50th birthday.

Chief Brightstar, who also serves as the National Publicity Secretary of the Niger Delta Ex-Agitators Forum under the Presidential Amnesty Programme, expressed deep appreciation to God Almighty for blessing the long-neglected but oil-rich Niger Delta region with a visionary leader like Dr. Ogbuku. He described the NDDC boss as a beacon of hope, a reform-driven administrator, and a rare gift to the Niger Delta people at a time when purposeful leadership is most needed.

Furthermore, Chief Brightstar extended gratitude to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Senator Ahmed Bola Tinubu, for appointing Dr. Ogbuku as the MD/CEO of the Commission, noting that the decision reflects the President’s genuine commitment to the sustainable development and empowerment of the Niger Delta.
