Alausa praises Tinubu, law enforcement agencies for successful recovery of kidnapped Oyo students and educators

Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, has praised President Bola Tinubu, the Oyo State Government, and Nigeria's security agencies for the successful rescue of abducted pupils and teachers from Oriire community in Ogbomoso, Oyo State, hailing the operation as a significant triumph over criminality and a demonstration of the government's dedication to protecting schoolchildren.

The minister's commendation was conveyed through a statement issued on Saturday by his Special Adviser on Media and Communications, Ikharo Attah, which highlighted the safe rescue of the victims as a testament to the Federal Government's unwavering commitment to safeguarding the lives of every Nigerian child and ensuring the security of schools.

Dr. Alausa congratulated President Tinubu on this achievement, acknowledging the President's leadership and determination in deploying all available resources to secure the freedom of the abducted pupils and teachers, describing it as an important accomplishment.

The minister also applauded Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, and the state government for their collaboration with security agencies throughout the rescue operation, while praising their commitment to the welfare, rehabilitation, and reintegration of the victims with their families.
