Aiyedatiwa appoints commissioner, 3 SAs, 90 SSAs, 910 Special Assistants

nGovernor Lucky Aiyedatiwa Ondo State has approved a fresh round of appointments involving one commissioner, three special advisers, 90 senior special assistants and 910 special assistants in a bid to strengthen governance and improve service delivery across the state.

nThe appointments were announced in a statement by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan.
nAccording to the statement, Governor Aiyedatiwa nominated Erelu Taibat Oloruntoba from Akoko North-West Local Government Area as Commissioner for Special Duties.
nHer nomination has been forwarded to the Ondo State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation.
nAiyedatiwa also appointed three new special advisers:
nHon. Abimbola Fajolu – Special Adviser on Environment
nChief Ade Adeniyi – Special Adviser on Rural and Community Development
nMr. Muyiwa Ogunyemi- Special Adviser on Transport
nA list of some of the newly appointed Senior Special Assistants was also released.
nThey include:
nErelu Toyin Ogungbure – Women Mobilisation, South
nBidemi Obayangbon – Forestry
nGboluge Olufunmi Alex – Community Engagement, South
nHon. Akin Adeniyi – Community Engagement, Central
nObayan Theophilus Ayodeji – Community Engagement, North
nKelvin Solomon- Students Affairs
nAdeolu Iwakun – Volunteer Services
nSamson Job Bazuaye – Oil and Gas
nFade Ojamomi- Youth Empowerment and Job Creation
nSam Adepoju – Public Engagement
nAlhaji Samad Orijeminiyi – Scholarship
nVictor Omodara- Grassroots Mobilisation
nAbayomi Adefolalu – Photography
nAlhaji Abdulkadiri Adenoyi, Prince Nzuoma Egbulefu, and Alhaji Garba Goni – Non-Indigenes.
nAdeniyan said that the full list of the 90 Senior Special Assistants and 910 Special Assistants will be made public in due course.
nThe statement added that all the appointments take immediate effect.
