This declaration was made following the inauguration of the party's executives in Maiduguri, where Alhaji Kolo Bukar emphasized the party's familiarity with the state's terrain and its people.

According to Alhaji Kolo Bukar, the party's message to the people of Borno is one of hope and change, promising to bring relief, good governance, and multiple positive transformations to the state.

The ruling party, in the view of Alhaji Kolo Bukar, has been a complete failure, having brought insecurity, poverty, and numerous challenges to the people of Borno State and the country at large.

Alhaji Kolo Bukar, a former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chairman in the state, expressed the party's determination to address these challenges and improve the lives of the people once the ADC assumes power.

Alhaji Kashim Matawalle, a prominent figure in the party, echoed this sentiment, stating that the party's primary objective is not merely to gain power, but to provide effective governance.
